Kids love to play with clay because it’s squishy, fun, and endlessly creative—and it’s great for them too, helping develop fine motor skills, imagination, and a sense of calm focus.

Kid's Spooky Halloween Treat Bowls

Get ready for the spooky season! This hands on class is designed to get you playing with clay and discover new techniques to build a halloween inspired bowl. Kids will also get to decorate it by adding colourful glazes and texture. And after the session NPS will glaze and fire your work, ready to collect and fill with treats in time for October 31st! The cost of this class includes all clay, materials and tools required, plus glazing and firing by NPS staff.

Trying the wheel for the fist time is inspiring and challenging. Offering dedicated workshops for kids, every class holds a space to create a unique handmade piece that will be fired and glazed for them to take home to treasure! Straight to the pool room!

PRIVATE TUTORIAL 1:1 KIDS

Whether they’re keen to spin on the pottery wheel, build quirky characters by hand, roll out slabs for functional wares, or get messy mixing and applying their own glazes — every session is tailored to what excites them most. Got an idea? Float it with me and I will come up with a session tailored to your kids clay desires!

Children will finish the workshop/course with a collection of unique, functional and sculptural ceramic pieces, and a deeper understanding of clay’s many creative possibilities.

Duration: 1.5 hours per session
Price: $145 per session (all materials and firings included) - Book more than one class per student and get a discount!
