Shipping and Pick-up

SHIPPING

I ship to Australia, UK, USA, CANADA and NEW ZEALAND and use SENDLE which offer 100% carbon neutral service. Read more about that here. Sometimes I can get your parcel to you quicker using Australia Post. 

Insurance is included in every order - See "Returns" below for information. 

You will need to choose PO Box/ Locker shipping option if your order is to be delivered to a PO Box or locker.

Orders are packed and shipped on once a week. Once the payment is received and I have dispatched the item you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Please make sure all of your contact details are correct and up to date especially your shipping address on PayPal. It is very important as this will allow the item to be safely shipped to your address. In case of a wrong address please notify me as soon as possible. There might be still time to correct it so you can enjoy your item on time.


Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom charges or duties placed on the package.

PICK UP

For pick up orders, the studio is available by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will get an email when your order is ready to collect from Thornbury 3071 with full address and appointment information.

RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your purchase,  so if you are not satisfied please let me know. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please notify me via email within 3 days from receiving it, however, no returns for change of mind.

I always pack the items with the utmost care, but I don’t have control and am not responsible for damage or lost items. Insurance is included in your shipping.
In the case of a damaged or lost package please get in touch on the day of receiving it.

 

Email me pictures of the item and package to include:

- The shipping label (including the reference number,

- Fragile sticker,

- Inside packaging

- Where the damage has occurred.

This will make sure there aren’t any hiccups. 

I am happy to exchange your item or provide a credit code should you wish. Please email me and send the item(s) back in the exact same condition within 7 days of the purchase. Shipping charges are non – refundable, return postage with a tracking number, plus any taxes or custom charges is to be paid by Buyer. 

Sale, seconds and sample items are non-refundable.


EXTRA INFO

All of my ceramic wares are handmade here in Melbourne. That means that no two are exactly the same. Sometimes the image you see is an example of the product, not the exact product you are buying, so small differences will be evident. I use high quality stoneware and glazes and everything is food safe, dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
