I make millions on sandwiches for my 4 kids and always hated that proper butter was so hard in the fridge. This is such a good way to have soft butter in a hand made and beautiful statement piece. I originally had it falling out of the bell but found once I got a good proper butter and had it softened and pressed it into the bell it stayed perfectly and have not had a single issue and we live in Gold Coast.
