Shipping policy

I ship to Australia, UK, USA, CANADA and NEW ZEALAND and use Australia Post.

Processing times are 5-7 days. Orders are packed and shipped on once a week. Once the payment is received and I have dispatched the item you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. 

Please make sure all of your contact details are correct and up to date especially your shipping address on PayPal. It is very important as this will allow the item to be safely shipped to your address. In case of a wrong address please notify me as soon as possible. There might be still time to correct it so you can enjoy your item on time.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, custom charges or duties placed on the package.

PICK UP

For pick up orders, the studio is available by appointment on Mondays - Thursdays, 10-4pm.

You will get an email when your order is ready to collect from Thornbury 3071 with full address and appointment information.

EXPRESS POST

Your order will be sent with Australia Post, Express Service. Regular processing times apply.
