Delivery

I ship to Australia, UK, USA, CANADA and NEW ZEALAND and use SENDLE which offer 100% carbon neutral service. Read more about that here. Sometimes I can get your parcel to you quicker using Australia Post. 

You will need to choose PO Box/ Locker shipping option if your order is to be delivered to a PO Box or locker.

Insurance is included in every order.

Pick Up

The studio is available by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will get an email when your order is ready to collect from Thornbury 3071 with full address and appointment information.

Returns

We offer a 30-day refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase or have received an item that does not fit.
