The 250 gram holds ample butter for everyday use. Living in rural NSW it can get warm and humid last week days of over 30c and a humidity that didn’t go below 75% my butter was left out in the pantry and didn’t become oily instead stayed like ‘spreadable butter’ and I didn’t have to struggle with hard solid butter.

I've been looking for a beautiful hand made butter bell for eight years! And this one is gorgeous, beautifully constructed and effective in design.
